ABOUT THE INDIGO ELEPHANT
We help organisations become ready for what humanity is becoming.
A heart centered advisory firm built by people who have spent years cultivating what organisations now need: depth, discernment, and the capacity to guide complex transition.

How can we Mobilise Organisational Intelligence

Founding Partner & Business Reader
Through decades of deep inner work, Mario has developed the capacity to sense in an organisation what is felt but cannot yet be named.
As a business reader, he surfaces the blockers of flow and brings clarity to the leadership steps required to lead from presence rather than control.
Our practices
What we live by
Four practices that shape how we work — with each other, with our clients, and within the world we are building.
Coherence as practice.
We do not perform integrity. We practise it — the alignment of who we are, what we know, and how we act. The heart, not the mind, is the instrument that holds these in tune.
Contribution over extraction.
We give the finest of what decades of work have made us — in service of something larger than the engagement, the contract, or ourselves.
Vulnerability as the door to depth.
What is most worth saying is rarely the most comfortable to say. We do not reach depth through certainty. We reach it through the willingness to not yet know.
We mirror each other.
We grow because we are honest with each other. Peer reflection is not optional. It is the discipline that keeps us coherent.
The name
Why an elephant. Why indigo.

A name is rarely an accident. Across traditions, the elephant has carried a specific kind of wisdom — not the sharp, quick intelligence of the predator, but the slow, embodied wisdom of memory, presence and patience. The elephant does not trample. It carries. It does not hurry. It remembers.
Indigo, in the spectrum of light, is the colour of inner sight — the capacity to see what lies beneath the visible.
Grounded wisdom.
The elephant stands firmly on the earth. It moves with intention, never with haste. We work the same way — slowly, deliberately, with both feet on the ground. Wisdom that does not need to prove itself.
The capacity to see beneath the surface.
Our work begins where conventional diagnostics end — in the patterns, signals and undercurrents that organisations sense but cannot yet name.
A bridge between worlds.
Between what an organisation has been and what it is becoming. Between the undercurrent and the surface. Between collective memory and emerging future.
Deeply grounded. Quietly seeing further.
Our mission
To help organisations transition — intelligently.
We do not exist to add another consultancy to the world. We exist to fill a specific gap — between what society and the human being now ask of organisations, and what most organisations are still able to deliver.
We are not advisors to the old world. We help build what comes next.
Our vision
A profound societal shift is already underway. Most organisations are not prepared.
Society 3.0 was built on control, hierarchy, and the optimisation of the known. It produced extraordinary outcomes — and the structures we still inhabit today.
Society 4.0 asks something different. It asks for intelligence over control, contribution over hierarchy, living systems over machines. Most organisations are not yet there.
We map this transition along five stages: Controlled → Responsive → Connected → Adaptive → Intelligent. Knowing where you stand makes the next move clear.
Controlled
Responsive
Connected
Adaptive
Intelligent
Society 4.0 explains the destination. Indigo Elephant Advisory builds the bridge.
Our philosophy
Organisations are living systems.
Not equal in contribution. Equal in possibility.
All contributing to the whole. Healthy systems understand this naturally. In nature, every role matters. No two contributions are the same. Yet each is essential.
Intelligence belongs to the whole.
Every organisation already contains intelligence. The question is whether the system knows how to access it.
Transformation cannot be delegated.
What leadership does not embody, organisations cannot sustain.
The future must become operational.
Real transformation becomes visible in behaviours, relationships, decisions and daily organisational life — not in models alone.
Our Legacy
Remembering Human Intelligence
Something has been forgotten.
Our legacy is to help the world remember it — the infinite capacity of the human being, and the workings of human intelligence.
