The Relevance Accelerator™
You know that how we lead and organize must adapt.
The question is how.
For leaders who recognise that staying relevant in an AI-driven world requires a new understanding of meaning and human potential.
Explore what this means in practice — and turn that understanding into action.
What do the changing demands require from me in the business context?
How to leverage my expanded understanding in the organisation I work for or in?
AI changes how work gets done. It doesn't answer what we're here to create, what makes us valuable, or how we need to lead and organise to remain relevant.
From intellect to intelligence
We have become exceptionally good at measuring business performance. We know how to track productivity, manage costs, set targets and hold people accountable for results. We have also invested in leadership development, culture and engagement. Yet declining employee engagement worldwide tells us something important: we have not learned to unlock human potential at the same level of sophistication with which we run our businesses.
There has always been work to do, activity to drive and performance to deliver. And in that constant motion, it has been easy to overlook the deeper questions: what makes people thrive, what gives their contribution meaning, and what enables them to bring the best of themselves to what they do.
AI is changing that equation. As technology takes over more of the work we have traditionally relied on, our ability to access and apply human intelligence becomes a defining factor in how we create value and remain relevant.
This is the shift we explore in The Relevance Accelerator™: learning to bring meaning and human intelligence into the heart of how we lead, make decisions and organise — with the same intention and rigour we bring to business performance.
Our framework becomes your blueprint.
A new way of seeing, deciding, and applying on the go.
Each session has two layers: the theoretical framework and the practical exercises for implementation. You can bring your own cases — so you can explore how to operate in this new world, in your own context.
The program is designed not just to explore and learn, also to apply and integrate on the go.
seven bi-weekly live online 90-minute sessions | pod facilitation | six bi-weekly optional Q&A and deepening sessions | guest lectures | recorded session
The shift from the productivity economy to the meaning economy
For forty years the game was productivity: more output per hour, faster decisions, cheaper cognitive work. Since 2022, AI does that better than most of us ever did. The game didn't stop — it moved. We open by naming that shift precisely.
New economy. New rules. New principles.
The old game had its rules: scale, standardisation, hours as the unit of value. The new game runs on different ones, already being played around you by the companies that noticed first. We work through the three principles of the meaning economy.
From half the brain to the complete package
The productivity economy only ever paid for half the brain: logic, structure, calculation. The hemisphere that reads pattern, meaning, and relationship stayed outside the room — the heart too. We put human intelligence back together, integrating complexity and ambiguity.{"\u00a0"}
Sensing and reading with Full-Spectrum Resolution
Learning to recognise and articulate the real undercurrents in your organisation — what influences behaviour, decisions and results beneath the visible — and understanding what conventional analysis leaves out.
Connecting the visible and the invisible dots
How do you link signals and symptoms to your KPIs, strategy, tactics and operations? We follow how decisions travel through organisations — and how stewardship becomes the new culture, behaviour and results.

Integrate & Embed
Deciding how you want to use the teachings from here. Walking out with the next move already alive.
After 13 weeks.
Lead conversations that challenge conventional thinking.
Confidently discuss why human intelligence, meaning, and new guiding principles are becoming essential to business relevance, and help others explore what this means for their leadership and organisation.
Recognise what is really driving behaviour and results.
Recognise the principles underneath behaviour, decisions, and organisational outcomes.
See the organisation as a connected whole.
Recognise how leadership, people, culture, strategy, structures and operations influence one another, and why solving an isolated problem often fails to create lasting change.
Expand how you access and use your own intelligence.
Combine analytical thinking with intuition, emotional awareness, pattern recognition and a deeper understanding of human behaviour to approach complex situations and make more informed decisions.
Apply new principles to real business challenges.
Use the Full-Spectrum approach to examine an actual challenge in your business, team or client organisation, uncover new perspectives and identify practical opportunities for change.
Turn new insights into new possibilities.
Challenge existing assumptions, explore alternative ways of leading and organising, and develop ideas that strengthen your own relevance and the value you bring to others.
Start building a different kind of organisation.
Translate the principles of meaning, human intelligence and contribution into practical choices about leadership, decision-making, collaboration and organisational design — creating the conditions for people to thrive and businesses to perform.

The first cohort opens the standard.
This is the first time we are opening The Relevance Accelerator™. The launch investment is for those who build the standard with us. The regular investment applies from the second cohort onward.

Additional information.
How much time per week does this ask of me?
90 minutes live every Monday afternoon (16:00–17:30 CET). Add roughly one hour of application to your own work. The six optional Q&A sessions are available in the weeks between live modules. 3 POD sessions of 45- 60 minutes each.
I already work with coaches and in programmes. Why this?
This is not another coaching programme. It is a cohort for professionals who already see the need for the shift in how we lead and organize. People looking for the like-minded peers and who need the safe space to develop the capacity to have the relevant conversations and make the crucial decisions in real business contexts.
What if I can't attend a live session?
Live is where the shift happens. We ask you to attend at least six of the eight live sessions. Replays and the six optional Q&A sessions cover the rest.
Is there a selection process?
Yes. We hold a 30-minute clarity conversation before confirming your spot. The field we are building asks that each participant can both bring and receive. The conversation is how we know.
What case or situation should I bring?
Something real and current — a client, a team, a leadership question, a transformation that is stalled, a conversation you keep having. The programme asks you to apply the work to it as you go.
What is the return on investment?
Two places. The new conversations you can lead inside your organisation or with your clients — conversations no one around them is currently able to hold. And a Blueprint for Relevance that you build into the work you already do, immediately.
What do I do with this once the thirteen weeks are over?
You choose how far you take it. You bring it into your existing role and lead the conversation about human intelligence inside the company, team or practice you already run. You embed it in your consultancy or advisory practice as a capability clients cannot find elsewhere — and that AI will not replicate. Or you deepen the work beyond the thirteen weeks with advanced cohorts and faculty mentorship.
How does this connect to the Indigo Elephant Team?
Your profession is changing. Your business is changing. Organisations are changing. This program gives you the principles, perspective and practice to shape that change — and remain relevant while doing it. On completion you might feel that joining the Team might be a great next step. In that case, let's have a conversation.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes. We invoice to the business. Many participants claim it as professional development or capability investment.
What languages?
English and we welcome participants from around the globe. Program leaders are fluent in English and Dutch.
The future of your relevance is already being built. The question is whether you will help build it.
The launch cohort is small by design. Clarity conversations are open now.
