Why I Embraced the Indigo Elephant

I work from my heart, not from mental analysis alone. Indigo Elephant was born out of something I could no longer look away from: it is painful to watch so much potential go unused, and I can no longer stand by while we keep patching systems that no longer work. All our time, energy, and money go into that patchwork — and it simply doesn't work anymore. We are depleting ourselves and the planet.

My years in healthcare taught me to see the parallel clearly: we have become so focused on treating symptoms that we've lost sight of what it actually takes to live well, personally, collectively and in business. I can see healthy, functioning people in healthy, functioning organisations in a healthy, collaborative world — one where talent is recognised for its contribution to the whole, not for the status it carries.

Because I feel consciousness rising all around me. For me, the transformation is already underway — it's the “how” that remains difficult. Especially for people who genuinely want to move forward, entrepreneurs with a creative mindset can often think beyond structured paths. That's why I became an entrepreneur in 2008. My personal drive has a unique dual root: combining ancient wisdom with field intelligence, rather than the Western industrial mindset that drives many of us.

It's all connected: so above, so below. For me, this is a point of no return. I simply cannot do otherwise.

Let's look further

What if we still believed the world was like a pancake? From a fixed, fearful mindset, because we cling to what we are familiar with. Do you dare to look further than you ‘know’ from your mind?

Indigo Elephant doesn't work from a single fixed viewpoint. Because we start from Unity Consciousness, we are not locked onto one theme — not only the planet, not only society, nor only the Sustainable Development Goals.

My inner knowing is this: all soul missions, taken together, already cover what this shift needs. If you take unity consciousness as your starting point, you don't need to choose one angle of approach — every soul's mission contributes to the whole. And that is inseparable from humanity, from nature, from the earth herself. We are not separate from her — we are one.

The old industrial paradigm is crumbling rapidly. Leaders in organisations sense this and are often trying to stabilise what isn't there to fix any longer: only to reboot into the new paradigm.

Indigo Elephant rests on three core principles that span everything we do: everyone has equal opportunity; everyone is unique in their contribution; and everyone always contributes to the whole — both to sustain it and to help it evolve.

That makes Indigo Elephant not just one school of thought or desirable theory, but a framework that many existing models can fit within, as long as they resonate with those principles. That's the dynamic of a movement you can join too.

What we bring to organisations

We, as the Indigo Elephant founding partners, bring our decades of lived experience with us. We walk the talk: we embody this experience in all we say, do, and contribute to — each of us carrying a different gift toward that same bridge.

That distinction matters to a C-level audience who know the urgency of shifting and struggle with how to make it happen in practice. We are the bridge to the how of making the transition from the old paradigm to the new. With concrete tools. You can sense them and experience their impact in your transformation.

Let's lift the self-created heaviness in organisational shifts that create a healthy future for all.

No vagueness, no lofty abstractions — just scientifically grounded, coherent organisations. Practical, deployable ánd enjoyable.

My greatest wish: inner peace as the gateway to everything

My wish begins with something that looks small but carries everything: inner peace. Not only world peace as a macro-statement, but the true key underneath it. My reasoning is this: only from inner ease, inner peace, does peace with your soul's mission arise — and only from there does peace with the earth, and with each other, follow. As long as you are at war within yourself, you cannot hear your soul's mission.

From a heart at war, you can't hear others well either. Assumptions, polarisation and opinions will blur your thoughts. What it takes instead is simply to be still and let your heart speak. The heart always speaks; we just don't always hear it because our minds are conditioned to be the dominant force. It's time to change that.

What if your heart gives you advice that differs from your head? Do you dare to follow it — or do you create a war between the two? Can you connect with the people who seem the farthest from your core values? Can you listen ánd hear? We don't need agreement from our minds, just the listening from the source of unity.

How do you work with that? This is only possible from inner peace and neutrality.
From that place, you can let go of your ego, righteousness agenda and start contributing to the architecture of the future that comes from unlocked Unity Consciousness.

I am ready, and phoenixed from the old paradigm the hard way. I learned how to stabilise and rise.
Let that be contagious to the benefit of the whole!
