What Ignited The Indigo Elephant

When you've seen it all in business. When, as far as that's possible, you've come to understand how universal intelligence moves through everyday life. When you've spent years doing the inner work and developed the ability to see beyond systems. Then you feel it in every fibre of your being.

There is no point in continuing to put band-aids on systems that, by design, are built on scarcity, fear, control and polarisation.

Then it's time for something entirely new.

Last year I said, "We're going to build the new KPMG." It was a significant step. But even then I felt it was much bigger than that, although I couldn't yet put it into words.

Astrologers, intuitives and people who have known me for years kept telling me the same thing:

"Elsbeth, go for the highest good. Stop holding yourself back. Stop trying to be so proper. Be bold. Step into it."

So... here it is.

The Indigo Elephant.

On a mission. Not to make organisations a little better. But to help build a new society.

A society where unity consciousness is not just a beautiful quote, but the starting point. Where everyone has equal opportunities. Where everyone has unique gifts. And where everyone is encouraged to contribute those gifts to the whole.

Because once you truly feel that everything is connected, you make different choices.

That is where our Human Intelligence comes in. Our natural ability to connect with something greater than ourselves. Universal intelligence. Quantum. Call it whatever resonates with you.

For me, this is where two worlds I have always loved come together.

Spirit and Business.
Not as separate worlds, but as one.

Throughout the teams I led, the transformation journeys I facilitated and the organisations I worked with, this connection was always there, often invisible, yet unmistakably present.

And now...

Throughout history, it has been entrepreneurs and visionary leaders who have shaped new societies.

And economies? They ultimately follow the beliefs and level of consciousness of the society they emerge from.

So if we build organisations based on abundance, equality, unique contribution and responsibility for the whole... and if those organisations become mini-societies with their own way of creating value, then the economy will eventually evolve in the same direction.

Do we already know exactly what that will look like? No.

Are we building it? Absolutely.

Do all the possibilities already exist?

I believe they do. The building blocks are already here.

There was a time when nobody believed humans could fly. Or climb Mount Everest without supplemental oxygen. Until someone did.

Why should a soul economy be any different?

An economy where your soul's mission guides the contribution you make. Where people no longer have to live in constant fear of whether they can pay next month's bills. Where organisations become places where people flourish instead of merely survive.

I do not believe it is normal that a small percentage of people live in extraordinary abundance, while a large majority believes they are free but remains trapped in a system that demands ever more work just to keep up. And where millions of people cannot even begin to realise their potential because survival consumes all their energy.

Deep down, I believe we all want the same things.

A meaningful life. The opportunity to use our gifts. To feel connected. To contribute to something greater than ourselves. A soul that is free to keep growing, evolving, and expressing itself more fully.

Perhaps that is far more natural than we have been led to believe.

And this is exactly the moment to start building that future together.
