There is no predetermined outcome. Because if the answers were already known, we wouldn't need Blueprint Architects. Some organizations will spend the next decade adapting to the future. Others will help architect it. The Blueprint Architects is for those who choose the latter.
Take your time with this. The way you answer tells us more than any CV. There are no wrong answers — only honest ones.
07 — QUESTIONS
Questions worth asking.
What if I'm accepted but find the group isn't right for me after the first session?
We mean it when we say either side can say "not now." If after one session it's clear there's no resonance, we refund pro-rata. Or we could reschedule you into a different Gathering.
Is this a coaching program?
No. This is a peer circle. We facilitate. We don't coach. You think with others at your level, and you take responsibility for what you do with what emerges.
How is this different from other mastermind groups?
Three things. The depth at which we work — personal, organisational and societal at once. The art of listening, not just speaking. And a curation standard most groups don't apply.
How do you decide who's accepted?
Alignment of level, intent and willingness for honest work. We are not looking for credentials. We are looking for posture.
Can I bring this to my company?
The mastermind is for individual leaders. If you want to bring the work into your organisation, we have other pathways. Mention it in your application.
